Q. Are these online training courses certified?

A. Yes, every course has a certificate and is CPD accredited

Q. What qualifies as a pass?

A. Each course has a set of questions and you have to get 60% or above to pass

Q. I'm an individual wishing to book a training course, how do I do that?

A. Simply email us with your requirements and we'll come back to you with payment details.

Q. I represent an organisation and wish to book various courses for several people, how do I organise this?

A. Simply get in touch with details of your requirements and we'll walk you through the process from there.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. All courses are charged via invoice with an option to pay online by debit/credit card via Stripe or alternatively, you can ring us on 07724919726 and pay by credit/card over the phone.

Q. How do I access employee reports and certificates if I'm the representative of an organisation?

A. We can give you full support and free access to our Learning Management System (LMS) where administrators/managers can view training activity, download reports, print certificates and lots more.  We have a demo video that we can send you to help you to navigate your very own LMS system.

Q. What if I don't have an email address?

We understand that not all employees have a works email address but that is no problem.  As long as you have a device and internet access we can get around this for you.  Please contact us for details.
